  • An RTT® session takes up to 2 hours.

    Throughout the whole session you will follow the calm guidance of my voice feeling totally safe and comfortable to do your deep work.

    First, you will be guided into a deeply relaxed state of hypnosis which allows access to your subconscious mind. Then, we go to scenes of past events that bring answers about deeper beliefs. A belief is just a thought that has become so engrained in your subconscious mind that it is conditioning your current behavior. A belief can also uphold habits you no longer want.

    After looking at 3 or 4 scenes with your adult eyes, you can understand how you formed these beliefs when you were much younger and how they have now become completely redundant. Together we work out the meaning they have for you linked to the issue you’ve chosen to deal with in the session.

    Finally, I help you to replace those irrational beliefs with new positive empowering beliefs that support you.

    After the session, you receive a customised recording of 15-20 mins to wire in those new beliefs. Your mind learns by repetition. As you listen to your special recording, your mind is taking in these suggestions and you are programming new habits of thought into your mind. Every new thought you think influences new habits of thought which will influence new habits of action. This is where you start to transform your life.

    60% of the results from this therapy are from the session itself, and the remaining 40% is from daily listening to the recording over the 28 consecutive days after the session.

    For a truly effective transformation, it is important to understand that your full commitment and participation is required before, during and after the session.

    I always recommend that you keep the rest of the day free after the session. This quiet time for reflection can be very powerful and enlightening.

  • What makes RTT® phenomenal is that even if you think you know the reason, you see it in a completely new way. Many clients go back to scenes that are totally different than what they expected. Your subconscious mind holds the answers to the questions you’re consciously asking yourself. My advice is always to trust the process and go into the session with a clear intention to “change for the better”.

    Trust that your subconscious mind will show you exactly what you need to see. You will most likely be amazed at the deeper understanding of the issue and therefor more ready to let it go.

  • Every person is different.

    There are 3 types of change:

    Immediate: you feel a clear shift right away with immediate changes in your physiology or thoughts right in the session.

    Incremental: you see consistent shifts in the days following the session so changes are happening over time.

    Retroactive: you don’t see changes right away and then one day you suddenly realise all the things that are different in your life.

  • There is no difference in the effectiveness of the session between attending in person or doing it online. Some clients prefer the comfort of their own home whilst others prefer direct contact – you choose what is right for you. As I have clients worldwide, most sessions take place via Zoom call.

    Almost every issue can be successfully addressed in one session. However, long standing issues like eating disorders, weight issues, depression, anxiety or OCD will require 2 or more sessions.

    Some clients want to do second or third sessions to work on other areas of their life and receive coaching to integrate the new beliefs.

  • You can. Everyone can. All you need is the desire to enter hypnosis.

    Hypnotherapy helps your brain to go from the awake beta brainwaves to the alpha brainwaves, which is the same frequency your brain naturally tunes into when you are in a state of deep relaxation.

    Hypnosis is a natural relaxed state. You will feel in control and more alert.

    You will be able to verbally respond with ease to the questions I ask you.

  • Where are those people who got stuck in hypnosis? This is just not possible.

    Hypnotic trance is a completely natural state of inward focus. It is similar to the experience of a flow meditative state, just like being completely absorbed when watching a movie or reading a book.

    This heightened state of focus gives your mind more control, not less. The critical, chattering mind is bypassed.

    You will be awake throughout the session and aware of everything that is happening. You can even come out of the process at any time.

  • Yes. Regression is an invaluable way to discover the source of an issue. You will not re-experience anything, you will simply observe events or experiences you have had in your past. What you see may make you sad or joyful but either way you will feel completely safe as you observe.

  • That is possible. Please know that we will only discuss things that you are comfortable with.

    You are in complete control during hypnosis and if you don’t wish to share something, you don’t need to. It’s ok to keep details to yourself. I can still help you as long as you can tell me how the private details affect you and how they make you feel without saying what they are.

  • Unlike traditional hypnotherapy, RTT® does not rely solely on positive reinforcement. RTT® goes beyond this and focuses on identifying how, where and when unhelpful beliefs and behaviors were formed.
